I was diagnosed with costo one week ago.it started two and ahalf months ago. The pain started in my chest on the left hand side of my brest bone. It was never severe pain, it was a small spot that would radiate up into my brest.this went on for two months, and then was in the center of my chest.thats when I made a dr apointment. She said normally she hospitalized patients with this but becuse I have no hart problems she gave me steroids told me not to use my arms and see her in two weeks. So I came home and looked costo up on the internet. It sounds vary scary and painful . I am vary greatfull that I am not in pain like all the folks I am reading about. Now I understand it comes and goes. I have had mine like I said almost three months, with not much pain at all. Now that could change but I wounder if I am not in alot of pain becuse for 4 months I have been makeing tea from fresh ginger and fresh turmeric root, and also I take weat grass. All of this I started takeing before I found out about the costo.I pray that that has helped me not have a severe case.
