For those of you that don’t feel like making yourself a meal here is a great alternative, protein smoothies.
We will share with you our favourite smoothies so you can give it a try.
Today’s smoothie is an “anytime” smoothie.. meaning you can have it before or after a workout or have it as one of your mini meals.
PINEAPPLE AND STRAWBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:
– 1/2 cup of chocolate almond milk
– 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
– Handful of almonds
– 1 tbsp of raw shelled hemp seeds
– 1 tbsp omega 3 oil
– 1/3 cup of greek vanilla yogurt
– 1 cup of frozen pineapple
– 1 cup of frozen strawberries
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy :).
