I found this recipe online and its by far the best protein ball yet! Its hard to not want to eat more than 2! Enjoy š
Protein Truffle Bites
3/4c Almond Butter
1/4c Honey
1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder
1/2c chopped mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts & pecans)
1/2c shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, except the shredded coconuts.
2. Roll into balls (makes about 24 balls) and then roll in shredded coconut.
3. Freeze for 30 minutes, then take them out and store in the refrigerator.
