Blueberry Muffins- Low Calories


Blueberry Muffins *Low Calorie*

1 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk (or any milk substitute)
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of blueberries (or any berry, I have done strawberries and it was delicious)

1. All you need is one bowl- combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix dry ingredients well.

2. Add in the milk, eggs and oil to dry mixture. Mix well.

3. Fold in blueberries.

4. Fill greased muffin tins about 2/3 full with batte

5. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Before you freak out over the sugar, it equates to less than 8g of sugar per muffin šŸ™‚
