Want a protein bar with good fat and little carbs? Well then this recipe is for you! These are so delicious but the key is to not overcook them!! If you overcook them they will become rock hard and not so delicious. These bars are meant to be chewy so once that toothpick comes out clean take it out of the oven, let cool and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup pecan meal
3/4 cup almond mealÂ
1/4 cup walnut piecesÂ
2 whole omega 3 eggs beatenÂ
2 egg whites beatenÂ
6 scoops of vanilla whey proteinÂ
1/4 tsp saltÂ
Splenda to tasteÂ
DIRECTIONS:
1. To make the pecan and almond meal, process the nuts in a blender.Â
2. Measure 1/4 cup of walnuts and break them into small pieces, mix nut mixture together.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. The dough will be very sticky and hard to mix.
4. Spread the dough into an 8×8 inch baking dish coated with olive oil cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
