This is a low carb bar that is great to have anytime (ie. before/after workouts or a snack during the day) and it is extremely simple to make! It has a good amount of healthy fats and proteins. Enjoy 🙂
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
1/2 cup of pecan meal
1/2 cup of almond meal
1/2 cup of all natural no sugar added peanut butter
1/3 cup of flax meal
1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup granulated splenda (or 6 splenda packets)
1 whole egg beaten
1 egg white beaten
6 scoops of chocolate whey
1/4 tsp salt
Mix everything together in a large bowl. Every time you add an ingredient mix it in. Your final end product should be a thick dough.
Spread the mixture into a 8×8 inch baking dish coated with olive oil cooking spray.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F.
