Yesterday Chad and I tried out a running interval, it was pretty simple and perfect for the ‘non-runner’ types, like Chad and myself. You don’t have enough time to get bored with this interval and before you know it, its over. Try it out!
We used the gymboss timer and set it to 10 rounds (however with the distance we chose we were only able to complete 8 rounds):
First interval- 1:30 (running interval)
Second interval- 0:50 (walk interval)
