Set your interval timer as a stop watch and complete 3 rounds for time:

8x- push up on med ball to 2 jump squats
12x- In/Out curls
20x- Hanging knee crunch
12x- Runners lunge- R
12x- Runners lunge- L
5x- 3 sandbag rows to clean & 3 sandbag presses
