1. Elevated legs mountain climbers (I used the dip station)
2. Cherry pickers
3. Froggy crunch
Repeat this one more time
Part B: Main Workout
Set your gymboss as a stop watch & see how long it takes you to complete this short effective workout
1. Dumbbell punches (30x)
2. One legged burpees with push ups (5 times/leg)
3. Alternating forward lunge with bicep curls (12x)
4. Tricep dips on dip station (10x)
Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds!
