I didn’t have time yesterday to post our workout from yesterday so here it is today! It wasn’t a time challenge, it was just a rep workout. It should however, only take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
Breakdown:
20x forward sandbag squat
15x sandbag row
30x seated bicycles
5x/leg one legged walk out push up
12x rear delt rows
30x V-crunch

27lb sandbag
5lb dumbbells
