Jessica and myself did a workout the other day but forgot to post it. This workout definately got the juices flowin’
Here is the breadown…
1. Alternating Lizard plank to Alternating elbow kick X’s 10
2. Isometric dumbbell hold (straight out in front) with single arm row X’s 10/side
3. Mountain climbers x’s 10 straight to bicycles x’s 20
4. Renegade rows to wide push up x’s 10
5. Squat x’s 10, side lunge x’s 10, side lunge x’s 10, Jump squats x’s 10
Repeat this sequence a minimum of 3 times. Try for 4 or 5
