Jessica’s “Thumper” workout

Hello again,

Jessica just finished her workout and is absolutely bagged!. I called this workout “Thumper” because he heart rate was so fast it was like “Thumper” the bunny thumping his foot. Give this a shot and let us know how you did đŸ™‚
P.s To make things harder, this workout was a TIME CHALLENGE!

Here is the breakdown:

1. 10x’s 3 way jump squat
2. 10x’s curl and press
3. 15x’s superman back extension to burpees
4. 15x’s/leg one legged deadlift

Shoot for 4 rounds of this. 5 rounds if you are crazy…
