I didn’t really want to workout today, but the days you feel like that are they days that your body really needs to workout! During the workout I could really feel my heart rate increasing, and I was sweating like crazy. Its not an overly hard workout out, but if you increase the reps and sets then this workout becomes that much harder. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
Here is the breakdown:
1. Renegade rows, wide push up, 10 Mountain Climbers (8 Reps)
2. Reverse Fly (for your back) to dumbbell rows (8 Reps)
3. Weighted Squat to calf raise (8 Reps)
4. Bicep curls (8 Reps)
5. Pike Press (8 Reps)
Repeat all of this either 4 or 5 times depending on the intensity you want. If you do 10 reps instead of 8, that will also increase the intensity of this workout
