Guns and Buns Workout- June 26, 2012

Todays workout will be a heart pumping work out and you will complete it for time, but remember, as always, form comes first!

Guns and Buns Workout 
15x in/out hop squats
50 high knee skipping
15x bicep curls
15x burpees
15x/side side lunges
50 high knee skipping
15x stiffed legged deadlifts
15 burpees
Repeat 3 times!
