Tonight Chad and I put together a wicked workout, give it a try . You can do this workout as a time challenge or not, we chose not too tonight, maybe next time.
Here is the workout breakdown:
5x: 3 sandbag push ups- 3 half burpees – 3 sandbag squats
10x: Renegade rows
10x: Sumo jump squats with alternating knee to elbows
10x: In/out biceps curls
10x: Sliding plank knee crunch
Repeat for a total 4x
