Interval Training Workout

Today we have a brand new workout, and its an interval training routine. So you will need your gymboss or some sort of timer, set it to 21 rounds of 10/40. Complete the following:

– Sandbag (or weighted) 3 way lunge (lunge forward, lunge side, lunge back) – R
–  Sandbag (or weighted) 3 way lunge (lunge forward, lunge side, lunge back) – L
– Med ball push up to half burpee
– Side shuffle to 3 jump squats
– Elevated leg plank with knee ins
– One arm triceps extension – R
– One arm triceps extension – L
