Tonight’s workout was another hard one. This workout with take only 24 minutes of your time, but be prepared to work really hard!!
Set your gymboss interval timer to 24 rounds of 10/50 and complete the following workout 3 times:
1. Medicine ball push up- jump up- 3 jump squats
2. Dip station knee crunch
3. Mountain climbers
4. Alternating side jump lunges
5. In/out bicep curls
6. Reverse lunge with knee up with sandbag on shoulder – R
7. Reverse lunge with knee up with sandbag on shoulder – L
8. Front and side shoulder raises
