I was extremely sore tonight from trying to beat my score from my old workout yesterday. But I still wanted to workout. So tonight’s workout is for when you are sore from the day before but too stubborn to take a rest day 🙂

15x Bulgarian split lunges- R
12x 90 degree med ball crunch up
15x Dynamic squats
12x Hip twists
20x One legged bridge leg lifts- L
20x One legged bridge leg lifts – R
