May 26, 2012: 10 minute morning wake-me-up workout
Todays workout is a lighter one, but its great to get the blood flowing and help you wake up. This workout will take you approximately 10 minutes (or less) to complete.
You will complete 5 rounds of this workout, I used my sandbag for the entire thing:
6x pike press jump overs
6x triceps push ups
6x hip thrusters
6x stiff legged dead lift with pulse
6x sandbag bent over rows
6x sandbag swings
