Chad’s early morning burn-out

Hey guys,

I finally have some time to post my workout from this morning. So here it is……

5 Minute abs

– Rope pulls
– Cherry Pickers
– Crunches
– Rocking Plank
– Bicycles

Main workout completed 3 times over.

–  Weighted Squats (8reps)
– Lunge to bicep curl (8 reps per leg)
– Front and Side shoulder raises ( front and side raises=1 rep)
– Push-up Pyramid (1 wide, 2 tricep push-ups, 3 wide, 4 tricep push-up all the way to 8)

Repeat this circuit 2 more times….It looks really simple but you will burn out quickly
