April 27, 2012: 500 rep workout (Time challenge)

Complete 50 reps of each exercise for time!
1. Box jumps
2. Jumping pull ups
3. Kettlebell (or dumbbell or sandbag) swing *
4. Alternating weighted lunges **
5. Hanging ab crunch
6. Push Press **
7. Back extensions
8. Squat ball wall throws ***
9. Burpee
10. High knee skipping (double unders) (weighted)

* 27.8lb sandbag
** 10lb dumbbells
*** 10lb med ball
