Here is today’s workout:
15x Sandbag row-clean- press
12x Dip station push up
12x Rear delt raise
15x Med ball plank jacks (x5)- med ball swing (x1)
12x 2 grip reverse push up
Repeat the following workout 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds. You can write your time if you want 🙂
