Stretches

Are you worried about not knowing a ton of stretches? Well your in luck! On this page we will be posting different stretches for those who want to find a new way to stretch an old muscle.

On this page you will find some neck stretches. For most of the stretches we will have a “start” and “finish” so you know how to do it properly.

For more stretches scroll over the “stretches” link at the top and pick which part you need to stretch. Also if anyone has any stretches please send them our way and we will post them for you 🙂
