Feb 12 Workout

Took a couple of days off as they were insanely busy, but now its the start of a new week! Which means, its time to get back on track! Here is today’s workout:

Repeat the following for a total of 3 rounds- you can time yourself if you’d like.. we did 🙂
15x sandbag deadlifts
10x push ups
20x Equalizer (or no equalizer) plank knee ins
15/side Sandbag side lunge- opposite elbow to knee twist
15x Sandbag clean and press
5/side ground pounders
