Today Chad put me through a workout, and it destroyed me. It is not an interval workout or rep challenge. Here is the breakdown:
5 min abs:
1. Bosu knee crunch
2. Heels to heaven
3. Leg crossovers
4. Oblique dips (30sec/side)
5. Mason Twists
Workout:
1. Squat-front kick-back lunge (8/side)
2. Forward lunge with med ball twist (8/side)
3. Dumbbell push up- renegade rows (max reps) then pulse push ups (max reps)
4. Superman lat pulls (max)
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds
