Todays challenge is another one that we hear about but don’t really do. Chad and I will be taking a little break in February to work on the stretching page.. and this is exactly what this challenge is about.. Stretching!!
New Years Challenge #3:
Every time you finish a workout stretch every muscle that you worked on that day. Don’t stretch when you feel tight.. why feel muscle aches and tightness when you can prevent them?! Hold each stretch anywhere from 30-45 seconds, taking deep breaths and with every exhale go a little further in your stretch. Stretching will make a HUGE improvement in your workout, in developing muscles and in the way you feel!
