Today’s Workout:

Here is today’s workout 🙂

Set your interval timer to 18Rounds of 10/50
1. Sandbag duck under squats
2. 1/2 burpee to side planks
3. One knee hug crunch
4. Side lunge jump- R leg
5. Side lunge jump – L leg
6. Commando push ups

To finish off the workout, set your interval timer as a stop watch and perform 200 high knee skips- record your time.
