We know this challenge is something that you have probably heard a million times over and over again from doctors, personal trainers, massage therapist, television, etc but lets try to actually do it!
New Years Challenge #2:
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Try to not add any extra sugar (like crystal light or ice tea), but drink plain water. See if it makes a difference in how you feel, how your muscles feel and how much you sweat. Don’t be fooled.. sweating is a good thing! It releases any extra toxins and helps your body cool down. So lets give our body what it needs.. water!
Chad and I have increased our water intake and have noticed a big difference. (other than me having to go pee every ten minutes 😉 ..)
