Today’s Workout (Dec 20, 2011)

Hey guys,

We changed the workout style again today. We did more of a strength, coordination and also some interval exercises all in one workout routine. Honestly, after the workout, we were shaky. Its crazy how you can shock your body by switching your workout style every so often.
