Today’s Workout!

Today’s workout is another tough one! Here it is:

Part One: 5 minute abs
Set interval timer to 5R’s of 10/1:00
1. Hanging knee raise with medicine ball squeeze
2. Bicycle crunch
3. Bench crunch
4. Rocking Plank
5. X crunch

Part Two:
Set interval timer to 18R’s of 10/50
1. 1 legged sandbag glute runner – R (pretty much a one legged squat but not a pistol squat.. leg stays bent, not straight in-front)
2. 1 legged sandbag glute runner – L
3. Tricep plank hovers with leg lifts
4. Jump squats
5. Sandbag press ups

Part Three: Time Challenge
Set interval timer as a stop watch.
200 high knee skipping

Just finished this workout and it definitely was a tough one. Chad is working today so I don’t think he will do this one, at least not today but here are my scores:
1 legged sandbag glute runner – R 13/16/17
1 legged sandbag glute runner – L 13/16/18
Tricep plank hovers with leg lifts- 22/20/15
Jump Squats- 26/27/31
Sandbag press ups- 16/16/17
