Set gymboss to 15R’s of 10/50
1. Raised heel sandbag dead lift
2. 10 mountain climbers- jump up- 10 jump squats (repeat till timer beeps)
3. Dip station weighted ab crunch (medicine ball in between legs)
4. Alternating 1 leg push ups
5. Low squat burpees
