Complete 5 rounds of the entire workout
> 4x sandbag (on shoulder) squat x3, slam down, pick up and switch shoulders (12 squats in total)
> 50 high knee skipping
> 12x Backward push up (start on your stomach, hands by your chest, and push yourself in a plank position and lower yourself back flat on the ground- repeat 12 times)
> 12x side lunge with 3 mini pulses – R
> 12x side lunge with 3 mini pulses -L
> 50 high knee skipping
