Here is today’s interval training workout 🙂
Set your interval timer to 15 rounds of 10/50
Plank- pushup- squat and clean with sandbag
10 plank jacks- 10 crunches
1 legged burpee to curl and press
1 legged burpee to curl and press (other leg)
Plank shoulder taps
