January 28, 2012 Workout


Hope you all had a great week and a great weekend thus far. Tonights workout is a little different then usual, hope you like it! 🙂

This workout consists of three parts!

Part One: 250 rep core routine:
1. 25x sit ups
2. 50x bicycles
3. 50x bench jump overs
4. 50x x crunch ups
5. 50 x mason twists
6. 25x superman back extensions

Part Two: 300 rep workout
25x Squat- press
10x Twisted push ups
10x Bosu ground pounders
25x side kicks **keep core tight!! Works obliques and glutes!**
25x side kicks (other leg)
5 burpees
Repeat for 3 rounds= 300 reps total!

Part Three: Time Challenge Skipping
Set your timer as a stop watch and see how long it takes you to do…
200 high knee skipping
