We did the following exercises, completing each exercise for a total of 3 sets:
1. Close grip chest press (10 reps) + wide grip chest press (10 reps)
2. V Press (max reps)
3. Tricep pushups (max reps)
4. Tricep light grip press downs (max reps)
5. Alternating squat to front and reverse lunge (max reps)
6. Speed skaters to side kick (8-15 reps) – Right leg
7. Speed skaters to side kick (8-15 reps) – Left leg
