So what is your New Years Resolution? For most of us it probably has something to do with health and fitness. To help you guys out and to also make our New Years Resolution stay consistent and get into a routine, we are going to post a new challenge every week this month and we will post them up every monday! (Yes, we know today is tuesday but we promise the next one will be up monday!)
New Years Challenge 1 of 5:
Consume more fruits and vegetables in your daily meals. Remember, you should be eating anywhere between 4-6 small meals a day. Make your plate colourful and really focus on increasing your veggie/fruit intake.
This challenge is a great one to focus on, especially after having all the yummy treats after the holidays. I don’t know about you guys, but once we start eating sweets and the bad unhealthy foods, its hard to stop. Your body starts to crave sugar but you can stop those cravings by tricking your body and eating natural sugars like fruit. Its is seriously that easy to stop those nasty sweet tooth cravings! 🙂
