Today we did a strength routine, focusing on back, biceps and shoulders. We also took some clips of it. You can watch the workout clip here.
This is the breakdown:
We did 3 sets of each exercise, performing maximum reps in each one.
1. Incline bench bicep curls (30lb EZ bar)
2. Inverted rows on smith
3. Weighted sprints
4. Upright rows
5. Negative pull ups
6. Superman lat pulls
