Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bars

Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bars: 2c oatmeal
1c protein powder (chocolate is fantastic but vanilla is great too!)
1/4c natural peanut butter
1/4c raw honey
1/3c dried cranberries
1/4c crushed nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)
1/4c almond milk
1/4c unsweetened applesauce
1/4c dark chocolate chips
1/4c shredded coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more… yum)
1 tsp vanilla
1. Add dry ingredients: oatmeal, protein powder, cranberries, nuts, shredded coconut, and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix
2. In medium bowl, add chocolate chips & wet ingredients: natural peanut butter, honey, milk, applesauce, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Microwave for 30s and stir. Add to dry ingredients.
3. Place into a pam sprayed 8×8 pan. Press flat. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before cutting into 10-12 pieces. Store in fridge.
