Sundays: HIIT 1:30PM- 2 spots available
Mondays: Early morning spots (5-6:45am) available for 45 and 30 minute sessions
6:00-6:30pm available for 30 minute sessions
Tuesdays: 5:30- 6:15am: available 45 and 30 minutes
6:45am-8:00am available for 45 and 30 minute sessions
Wednesdays: 7:00-7:45am available for 45 and 30 minute sessions
Thursdays: 5:30-6:15am: available for 45 and 30 minutes
6:45-8:00am available for 45 and 30 minute sessions
Fridays: 7:00-7:45am: available for 45 and 30 minute sessions
