Summer is on its way! If you are living in the Edmonton area then you should register for Full Body Developments 3rd annual boot camp. The boot camps will be starting May 14 till August 31 every Wednesdays and Sundays. Wednesdays are at 7pm and Sundays at 3pm and will be held at Haddow Park in Terwilligar.
**Please note there will only be 30 bootcamp sessions as there will be no bootcamp sessions on August 14 & August 17**
Boot Camp sessions are $15/session plus GST. We offer 2 packages, GST included:
30 sessions (completed the entire bootcamp, 2x/week): $472.50
15 sessions (coming to one session/week): $236.50
**Current FBD Clients will receive 1 FREE boot camp class per week which saves you $236.50**
OR, if you just want to try us out you can pay a drop in fee of $20. (includes GST)

30 sessions: $393.50
15 sessions: $196.88
The boot camp will consist of things like a battle rope, medicine balls and exercises that will get your heart rate up and get those pounds shedding! Our first class will consist of a Fit Test where you will write down your MAX reps of each exercise (with proper form) that you can do, this is to see where you are at. The last session will be another Fit Test, performing the same exercises and writing down your MAX reps with proper form to see your progress.
