About the free stuff, you can sign up with whichever kit, doesn’t have to be the most expensive kit. So even if you go on the Shape or Balance kit you will STILL recieve your choice of free Neuro or Nutra-cookies. We will be giving away the free product to the first 5 people who sign up with our Visalus team that are on one of the four kits :). Hope that answers your question! Thank you for the information. I did subscribe, and I really look forward to seeing some new exercises. Its been a while for me, and I want to get back into fitness. Having new weekly videos will keep me on my toes 🙂 And get the wife off my back….Don’t tell her that.
From everything that I have read about Visalus, it seems like a great company, and offers a great product. I think I will be going on the Shape kit so I can lose a few quick pounds. I am looking forward to getting some cookies too!

You bet! All you have to do is sign up for the 90 Day Challenge and send us your mailing address information and the product that you want (which we are assuming are the cookies 🙂 They are delicious!). You can send us the information via e-mail provided in the contact us page.

I really like the subscription idea so that I always know when something new is posted. Great idea!!
In regards to the special offer for the first 5 people to sign up; is there a catch where I have to go on the most expensive kit? Or can I take the 90 day challenge on the Balance or Shape kit and still receive the Neuro or Cookies??
