Thank you for the exercise of the week and the motivation that you both give. You both make it seem so simple and are showing that you can make it fun while working out!
I started exercising 3 days last week and have incorporated 2 out of the three exercises of the week
along with 15-20 minutes on the treadmill, I feel much better and seen to have more energy. Thank you:)
