About the Challenge:
Somewhere along the way we got caught up in the idea that in order to reach our weight goal (whether it’s fat loss or building lean muscle) we have to “enjoy” a restrictive, complicated diet or that we need to pay crazy amount to follow a meal plan. But that’s not true, in fact it’s far from the truth. Do those diets work? Yes of course. But you see, we don’t have a weight loss problem, we have a weight regain problem. People are capable of losing weight or capable of getting to their desire leanness (as long as it’s not too lean) but are incapable of keeping it. The reason? Because what method you used to get there has to be the same to maintain it…… read that again, this should be a mind blown sentence. Which means, for example, if you lost 50lbs by using a strict, restrictive diet you will have to uphold that diet or chances are, that weight is coming back on, and that’s if your lucky. Most times people will put the weight PLUS more back on.

So, my goal is to show you that you don’t need to be restrictive, you just need to be mindful. I will show you how to lose weight and keep it off because how you will lose it will be enjoyable and you won’t feel like you are missing out on anything. Of course, there will be changes that you need to get use to but overall, what you learn from the process, if you allow yourself to go through with it, is amazing! What is needed to start?
Pictures: These will NOT be shared, unless given permission. Before and after pictures which will be shown how to do these once you are added to the Facebook private group.

Bio: Tell me about yourself:
– Your current weight, height, age (this is needed to give you a basic calorie breakdown)
– what do you do for a living
– do you workout and how often and other activities you do
– What has been a challenge for you and/or the reason you are joining.
– What is your struggle

Goal: Weight loss or muscle mass.
* weight loss= FAT loss. You will be put on a calorie deficit.
** muscle mass= this isn’t BULK mass, this is eating in maintenance (and maybe weeks of deficit) and leaning out. So you need to be specific if you are wanting to put on weight/muscle OR lose fat/build lean muscle. Also, if you have fat to lose you should do weight loss option first.

MyFitnessPal app: or some other calorie tracker but, if you are seriously not interested in tracking calories through an app (which I highly suggest you do) I can show you
